We like to remain open minded, especially in the beginning phase of design, to explore new styles, or just simply play with colors that a client isn’t accustomed to it. So our presentations tend to be casual conversations where we and the can design ideas together. Together we edit and reorganize the way the space is representing their current stage in life.

Interior design is such a special experience – for most clients, they are starting a new chapter, like relocating for a new life or an investment opportunity. It’s a personal journey, and We are honoured to be involved in such a magical experience. At the same time it is a big responsibility, earning trust from the beginning from someone who we have just met and let us peek into their personal life. To respect that, it’s important that we are as clear and transparent as possible – about how far the budget will go, how long a custom piece would take, etc. Not all news may be good, but we are always honest and upfront.

We naturally organise an efficient way to work with our clients and team. As much as we want to be attentive to every detail, there is always a time constraint – either clients’ schedules, construction lead times, or the budget allocated for our consultations. So we have to strike a thoughtful balance to negotiate that while delivering a great space. It’s so important to us to leave clients with a home they are proud to call their own.
